I ordered a tracksuit and loved it. I brought it on the sale for £30. But sadly the sizing was too big. So I specifically asked for an exchange and wrote the exchange on the exchange paperwork sent back with the tracksuit. Sent it back with recorded delivery for £6.50.
Next few days I receive an email with a gift voucher for the price I paid. And a small email saying to use this to buy the items back, only to see the price had now gone up to £70 for the full tracksuit.
I replied explaining I wasn’t happy with this and would like them to either honour the price or refund my money to my account.
It’s been 5 days and no response. It’s sad because the clothes are lovely even if they are bigger than what they say. So I now have a voucher I cannot use as I simply can’t afford to spend £70 on a tracksuit. And 6.50 lost due to sending back. Not happy with the customer service here at all. So I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you know you will keep the item 100% regardless of fit or faults. Also had some friends that wanted to order but now they’re not so keen. Really disappointing.
Wanted to give them time to reply but as it’s been 5 days I assume they plan on ignoring customers.
