Shopping online with JK Attire has been disastrous. My last 3 orders have not been received. The last 2 recent orders I paid next day delivery but never received on expected date and 1 week on , goods have still not been dispatched …A previous order made on 2nd march was never even dispatched. I emailed on a daily basis and no joy. They refused to refund me back into my bank account even though my order was never sent out, eventually giving a credit note even though it was my right to have a money refund as they had broken the contract by not dispatching order. In my opinion there is no loyalty to the paying customer and they take money under false pretences. If you search JK Attire on Trust Pilot you will see review upon review of complaints where money has been taken but goods never delivered and no refunds. Shame, because the actual clothes are unique and stylish and the orders I have received in the past (3 out of 6) quality and style is 100%, I do find the oversized tops much larger than size charts suggest and you need to downsize …. I am waiting to see if my recent orders come to fruition … but I feel JK Attire are not an honorable company -unfortunately. (Based on my experiences so far shopping with this company)
