I’ve not had the best experience with this brand which is a shame as I know loads of people rate them. Placed my first order which turned up quite quick but one pair of jeans had a broken zip and the other pair was the wrong size so sent back via Post Office. Didn’t hear from them for a while so emailed to ask if they’d received my order back and when would the replacements be sent out. Lots of back and forth via email to say they didn’t have the parcel etc and needed a tracking number which the post office didn’t give me so couldn’t give it. Asked for a refund and ended up with a gift card of the amount I’d spent originally. Have now used the gift card to buy one of the original pairs of jeans I wanted and a mystery box and these haven’t turned up either after more than two weeks! Sent an email asking where my order was and didn’t get a reply. Very poor service!
