Would not recommend this company. Ordered the 5 piece box back in April the stuff came and 2 items didn’t fit. Sent the whole lot back as required heard absolutely nothing for about a month, had to email and chase up after the 21 days had passed. Was then told they hadn’t received my return which wasn’t true as I had returned it as sign for only and Royal Mail had sent me confirmation it had been signed. This went on for a ridiculous amount of time with back and forth emails about finding the items, I had to send proof in more than once. By the time I got my refund in store credit as nothing else was available, all the items I had originally purchased had went out of stock as this was now 3 MONTHS since I had originally placed an order. Picked new items to then get a WhatsApp message saying something else was now out of stock, replied to that got nothing back. Then got a phone call to say I hadn’t replied told the girl I had actually, had to rely on the girl to pick jeans for me as nothing I wanted came in my size anymore. Had the jeans on for the first time and the zip has burst, I can’t be bothered with another 2 month of waiting for that to be returned and sorted. Absolute shambles of a company definitely wouldn’t recommend.
