I've ordered from JKA in the past and loved every item. Although, on this occasion I must admit I was underwhelmed. One of the items that I had purchased, didn't arrive and the others didn't seem to fit. Despite ordering from JKA in the past, I've ordered the same sizes again and they don't seem to fit the same... The customer Service Team eventually dealt with my queries and I will be hoping for a refund soon. I was happy with the quality of the jeans but not so much the jackets that I bought.
