JK Attire's returns policy is very frustrating. They offer a minimum return time frame of 14 days. You have to seek approval from them to send something back, fair enough if they were going to provide a returns slip but it is just their address. If you have purchased something that is discounted they won't refund to the payment method you originally used, they only give a credit note. I'm sure all of this is legal but can't be described as good customer service. The credit is no good to me, my reason for returning is the clothes were of poor quality for the price paid (discounted or not). So I, therefore, have no confidence in choosing any item to spend the credit on. I won't be back and have already spoken to others that had purchased before or were considering purchasing.
