Purchased item paying for 2-3 day delivery, now on day 14 still haven’t received it. Potentially it has been lost on Evri side however customer service at jk attire has been dyer, rude and unhelpful, no one seems to read the email so have had to repeat self numerous times, would gave thought assistance in chasing Evri for me as Evri will only deal with supplier direct not my self. Last email was I was rudely told to “just wait for my item”, no offer of postage refund or any support. If my order does arrive I hope the quality of product is better than customer care if it doesn’t I have raised a complaint with PayPal. I am fully aware the festive period is extremely busy and potential delays however if paying for a service you expect delivery as is stated and expect helpful customer support not rude unhelpful service. A real shame.
