I have had the worst shopping experience with this company and will never order from them again and will also inform others not to. My order came with the tag wrapped inside the hoody unattached. I sent the order back as it was way too big and not well made. They sent the order back to me telling me they rejected the refund due to the tag being unattached. When i told them that is how i received it they said I should have let them know before sending it back. The customer service is so poor and i refuse to let this go and be penalised for their mistake! I am currently taking this further!
