Have ordered a few tracksuits from this company and all was fine until the 3rd one arrived. After one wear a hole appeared in the trousers, and looking at the stitching you could see it was going to come more apart.
I emailed them (as they have no phone number) with a photo and explained that they had come apart after one wear and could a replacement be sent.
Their response was that because it had gone past the 14 days (it was just over 20 days when I contacted them) that there was nothing they could do.
I explained to them that I wasn’t after a refund but a replacement and that under the consumer rights act 2015 they have a duty to repair or replace up to 6 months after. I even attached a copy of the consumer rights act.
Their response to this was to say that it’s against their policy to refund or replace items and can take the matter no further. And because there’s no contact number I am stuck as to what to do.
How do these cowboy companies get away with ignoring consumer rights.
