I have previously ordered from this company without any issues, but this time was different.
I placed an order with JK Attire for multiple items and paid for next-day delivery. I received an email from Evri stating that the package was damaged in transit and that I should contact JK Attire. I reached out to them, and they resolved the matter fairly quickly.
When I received my items, one was missing. I tried on a few of the items I had received and decided to return the rest.
Unfortunately, their customer service advisor has handled the situation very poorly. They have either not read my emails properly or simply lack the interest to respond as a customer service advisor should. Instead, they have been asking me to send pictures of the items I did receive and whether I could confirm if the package was damaged. They seem unwilling to provide a return address, clearly attempting to avoid processing the return.
Fortunately, I have been able to suspend payment through Klarna. All I want to do is return the items I do not want and receive a refund for the missing item, which I assume was forgotten during packing.
The moral of the story: always pay with Klarna or a credit card when dealing with companies like this, as you can cancel or dispute payments through your bank.
I hope someone from the company contacts me soon so I can return the parcels.
