Clothes are not true to size.
Did not realise there was only a 14days return period. We moved house in this time and unfortunately exceeded the time period only by a few days so we made contact and tried to do an exchange and they have refused. We are a vulnerable family financially due to health and disability and now £70 down and stuck with clothes that are far too big! Poor customer service! Won’t be ordering again! I’ve worked in retail all my life and we always put our customers 1st sadly this isn’t the case with these.
