Joe’s GE provided great service, from help with shipping the Fitbit to them to post service recommendation on how to care for the device to prevent future problems. The Fitbit is like new. Since this is a small item the cost of FedEx added quite a bit to the cost of repair. Finding a bit cheaper shipping method would help justify making repairs like this one over buying new device. It is very difficult to find Fitbit repair services anywhere. Certainly I could not find anyone in Canada to do this. I am very satisfied with the service and recommend Joe’s GE as repair provider.
