“Had an airpods max that wouldn't connect to any iPhone. Just 3 weeks out of warranty but apple wouldn't fix it. Wanted $550 to get a new headphone. Reached out to Joe's and sent it to them for a repair. Came back fixed but then it failed again in 2 months. Contacted Joe's again and they asked me to send it back to get it right again. Came back good and been working fine since then. Excellent service”

“Well originally things seemed great package arrived on time. Once I realized they shipped me the wrong part I contacted support. First initial response was quick. But after sending them the correct part I needed. They stopped responding even after 3 follow ups. Still never got the correct part from them.”
