I had a pair of Bose bluetooth headphones with a broken hinge. I had hoped to fix the problem myself and order the part from Joes to do so. But it wasn't going to work out. So returned the part and sent in the headphones for Joe to fix. I was impressed by the communication. They sent me emails and texts every step of the repair and return process. The headphones, which I had partially disassembled, were fixed and returned in roughly 10 days. Honestly, this is the kind of service and communication you really don't see very often these days. Joes is amazing.
