Joe's gaming and electronics service is above and beyond, I contacted them in regard to their Sony WH-1000XM4 Headphones Broken Swivel Hinge Replacement, saying my breakage is on the left side, and therefore it's a different repair. They said they'll post a left-side video and they did and followed up with me making sure i saw the video and was able to fix the breakage, and I did.
