Six years ago, I gave my partner a set of Bose QC35 ii headphones for our first Christmas together. In January this year, one of the folding hinges snapped. I think of myself as relatively handy so I looked up a repair tutorial on Youtube. It was unfortunately outside of my skill set, and I didn't feel comfortable learning how to solder on her expensive headphones. Fortunately for me, it was Joe's GE that made the Youtube video! They had links to their website and make it very easy to set up a repair. They got her headphones in the mail on 1/9/23 and had them back to us on 1/17/23, good as new!
