Had an airpods max that wouldn't connect to any iPhone. Just 3 weeks out of warranty but apple wouldn't fix it. Wanted $550 to get a new headphone. Reached out to Joe's and sent it to them for a repair. Came back fixed but then it failed again in 2 months. Contacted Joe's again and they asked me to send it back to get it right again. Came back good and been working fine since then.
