excellent service and a job well done. They were speedy, very reasonable. Took the beats to a few different places and was told they couldn't be fixed but that I could trade them in for a different pair and pay almost the same price as for new ones. sent them to Joes gaming and received an email in a few days telling me the cost and the length of time before I had them back. They were cheap and very speedy and let me know when I could expect them back. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
