What an experience !!!!. My beats got broken, I went to apple store and just to see them they were charging a crazy amount, I look online and I find Joes Ge repair, I had some doubts and I called Joes team, since the first moment in the conversation they explain the easy process and steps to send and repair my headphones, an hour later they give me a call back, and ask if I had any questions, once again SERVICE, the process toke a week and my headphones were sent back like a brand New, thank you to Joes GE team great job.
