I am so happy with my Beats 3 repair! After placing my repair order, I received a phone call from Joe's to see if I had any questions. They diagnosed the problem in less than 24 hrs and contacted me to let me know what was wrong and what the repair cost would be. They fixed the headphones in a day or two and shipped them out promptly. The level of service was amazing!!
