My Wireless Powerbeats 2 were repaired and shipped back. Without thinking, I used scissors to cut open the package and in doing so, accidentally cut thru one of the wires on my headphones. Obviously, I was frustrated and disappointed. I reached out to Joe to let him know what had happened, with no expectations other than I would have to buy new headphones. Joe responded immediately (around 9pm) and offered to replace the Powerbeats 2 for free, or, sell me a pair of Powerbeats 3 for only $45. Needless to say, I was thrilled and relieved that I wasn't at a total loss, and chose to upgrade to the Powerbeats 3. Joe certainly did not have to do this, and I can't say how much I appreciated his quick response and customer service. I would've already recommended Joes GE service before this happened, and now I could not recommend them enough. 6 out 5 stars. Thank you!
