The talking piece on my Beats was broken and I sent them to Joes GE instead of Apple because I saw all of the great reviews. I had my headphones sent, fixed, and sent back to me within a week and a half. They now work perfectly. If my headphones ever break again, I will definitely use this company again and I have recommended it to many other people.
