SUPER impressed with the repair job on my daughter's wired Beats that she broke after less than a month. The jack was bent, so they replaced the entire cord connected to the jack and even adapted it to make it removable (it was originally hard wired to the headphones). Been back on her ears for about 5 months now and they work perfect. WAY better than buying a new pair (since they were basically new anyways)! THANK YOU, Joes!
