I was a skeptic, just like you are. In this day and age, sending my son’s $300 headphones away seemednlike a scam. Joe’s in NOT a scam. They have impeccable communication and follow through, didnthe work, fast, perfect, on time, and told me every step of the way. I’m hoping I never need to send them in again, but I won’t hesitate if I need to. I’m a satisfied customer.
