super quick service! not going to lie, I was a little nervous when I found this site off of youtube, but my confidence has grown with JOE'S GE. I had a pair of Beats wireless headphones I rec'd as a gift for Christmas and I was super bummed out when they wouldn't charge, plus my volume button was falling apart.. the shipping was super fast, I think the whole turn around took maybe 1 week? very fast! communication was open and they let me know the process the entire way through.. I've recommended them to coworkers and I'd continue to send my electronics to Joes! they know what they're doing and I'll definitely leave it to the pros! super fair price!
