When I broke the screen on my Apple watch contacted several local "repair" shops and decided to let one fix it. I paid upfront, they kept it for 2 months and never got it fixed. I found Joe's on a google search, filled out repair request, got a quote (half the price of the other repair shop), followed shipping instructions, received an email telling me it was fixed, paid the bill and got my (repaired) watch back.
