I am very satisfied by Joes GE. Not only do I appreciate their mission in being green by repairing and recycling electronics but they have an amazing staff. I loved the communication (via email and text messaging) throughout the entire process. Not only was I updated on every step but any questions I had were answered. The repair to my PowerBeats was affordable and quick. I would definitely recommend Joes GE to friends and intend on reaching out to them for future repairs.
