Absolutely great customer service. Everything was very easy to do from sending my headphones in to paying online. Whenever they got my package, an actual person from Joes GE texted me and said to ask if I had any questions. All in all these guys are the real deal. If you want quality repairs and quality service I’d definitely recommend these guys!!
