Was thrilled to find Joe's when Apple informed me my son's Beats Headphone didn't qualify for repair under their warranty. Faced with a paperweight, another $300+ expense, and a disappointed kid, I went searching for options. Joe's was able to provide me a solution for a very reasonable cost! Joe's was easy to deal with, great with communication, efficient, and that's not all!
