Very pleased with the service I recieved! My husband was very surprised when i told him his beats headphones were fixed. We almost threw them away when they weren't working but i found Joes GE and gave it a shot, and they fixed them for a very reasonable price! I love that they pay for the shipping for your item and had a quick turn around. They were also very good at communicating with me and answering my questions via email. I highly recommend!
