Joe's was 110% excellent in all ways. My Fitbit 2 wouldn't light up, Fitbit refused to help or fix it, wanting me to buy a new one. Joe's got it looking and working like new for a fraction of the cost of a new one, and kept this out of the landfill/ewaste stream. I will turn to Joe's the next time something requiring micro-repair expertise goes wrong around here!
