I was bummed when the left ear hook broke off my Powerbeats 3 headphones, barely a month after the warranty period ended. Apple would exchange them for new ones for $90, but that was basically the sale price in stores for a new pair. Since the ear buds were otherwise fully functional, I was happier to see them repaired rather than replaced. Luckily I found Joe’s on YouTube while researching the DIY repair. The whole process, with shipping both ways, took a week or two, but it was well worth it. Super simple to ship the earbuds and I enjoyed the status updates while undergoing repair. The repair is perfect and now I just hope the ear hook on the other side isn’t planning to break!! Thanks Joe’s!!!
