Wow! I was a bit skiddish to use an internet company to repair my Fitbit, but the reviews were good and I couldnt afford to dispose of another fit bit so I gave it a try. The communication was above expectations and the speed of the repair exceptional. The repair was completed and the Fitbit back in my hands in a little over one week. All in all fabulous. I have recommended them already to everyone I know. Now if I could just find someone to repair all the "disposable" Keurigs I have!!! Thanks Joes GE for being excellent at everything you did!
