I was sooo nervous sending my headphones all the way to the west coast to get fixed. I just took a chance and I’m glad I did. They kept me updated throughout the process. It took just a little over a week from the time I sent them, until the time I got them back. They are very responsive and I loved that. Thanks guys!!
