I sent my Fitbit Blaze to Jose GE for them to fix the battery life. I was so pleased with their communication and service that I have since told all of my friends to send their things there if they are having issues. My battery was only lasting 7 hours and since I have gotten my product back from Jose GE it now lasts 4 days!! Woohoo! They took the time to email me and notify me of the issues and also answered all of my questions about the suggested repairs. I was skeptical of them at first but I am so glad that I ended up sending my product to them! I will most definitely use them again in the future! I am a very pleased customer!
