The process for initiating a repair order and generating a cost estimate for repair was easily accomplished following the instruction on their web site. Communications with the customer was immediate and timely throughout the process. Headphone were repaired by replacing the audio jack. Quality of the repair work and materials used were outstanding - the price was very reasonable. Item was return on schedule.
