I had doubts at first of this company because I’ve never heard about it before. But once I had the confidence to trust this company to repair my beats, which were very fragile when I bout them from my college as part of my finnicial ad. Later after two years the ear pads straighted to wear out and the paint on the beats started to ware out. After I accidentally tripped over my shoes with my beats on and they cracked I knew it was time to get rapired because I was not tryna pay apple $250 to repair my beats or pay $300 to buy new ones. So I went ahead and trusted Joesge and one thing I can say is they have great communication and had great detail on how to ship my item to them and how long it will take to be fixed. After I sent my beats over to Joesge they sent me a email telling me they had my beats and were starting on the repairs immediately. Even when they had a weather daily due to snow they let me know they were gonna have to daily my beats after they were done. Also I noticed when I payed for 3 day shipping after I’ve payed it came actually 2 days early due to the delay from the winter storm they had. First look when I unwarped My beats they look brand new and felt and sounded great. I would definitely recommend to any who need there beats repair for a low great fair price. Thank you Joesge
