So glad I found Joe's! I had a fall while running (tripped on a speed bump of all things!). I was fine but my Fitbit Blaze screen was not. The watch still worked but the screen was totally shattered. Not only does Fitbit no longer make this model, they don't replace screens. They do try to sell you a new watch. Can't say I blame them for wanting to make money but I wasn't in the market for a new watch. A quick internet search found Joe's and I was very impressed with their operation. The only criticism I have (and this is more of a shipping thing than the fault of Joe's) is the amount of time it took to ship out and back. But overall, I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them.
