I hesitated to get my beats fixed because I’d the price but wow, what was I thinking. I sent them to Joes GE and not only was the turnaround time very fast, the headphones look and feel like new. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future if I need to. The service, explanations and shipping were flawless.
