I submitted a pair of Beats Studio Wireless to Joes for repair. The headphones weren’t powering on properly and I was sure I would need to purchase a new pair. I sent in the headphones with the free shipping label provided by Joes. Three days later I got a quote for the necessary repair which was very reasonable and far cheaper than a new pair of headphones. Joes also provided a recommended repair for a loose charging port. I contacted Joes to further clarify the recommended repair, and communication was fast and clear. I received my Beats back in a timely fashion and as good as new. I can’t recommend Joes enough!
