Great.
I hardly every write reviews, unless i am disgusted or very impressed. My apple watch screen started to crack, then came completely off. I was wary at first to send out my watch to anyone. Joes took great care of me though. The process to return was made smooth by them, and the final product looked like it did from the factory. It did take longer than expected, but the quality of their repair and their communication updates earned them 5 stars.
