I had reach out to Joe's GE because my Fitbit smart watch would no longer hold a charge. Before I even sent the item to them, I reach out via their very user-friendly website and inquired what the issues might be. They responded back in a timely manner and explained that it wasn't a battery issue, but rather a motherboard that needed replacing. I shipped my watch to them using a pre-printed shipping label. Joe's GE was exceptional good at keeping me updated once they received my watch, began fixing it, and even the time of repair. All of which occurred within the time-frame they had indicated.
