Ordered a part on a Friday night but discovered part wasn’t broken a couple of hours later and tried to cancel it on line. Called Saturday morning and left a voice mail to cancel order but part was shipped out anyway that same morning. Joes GE called me Monday morning and apologized for not being able to cancel the order and sent me a return label by email so I could return the part at no cost to me. Now that’s good customer service!
