I admit to succumbing to skepticism when I read accolades about Joe's Ge online. Hesitantly, I sent my beloved Beats earbuds to Joe's. Within a few days I received an email stating my earbuds were received and under review. Another day or so later, I had a reasonable quote sitting in my Inbox. I initially thought my battery died, but it turned out the missing volume button on my cord was draining my battery so the earbuds would never keep a charge. The cost of my repair was $50, which I found reasonable since I use my earbuds almost daily. The entire process was transparent and quick. After a few days, my Beats arrived, neatly packaged in a padded envelope. I will definitely send my items to Joe's again should the need arise.
