First off, I was very excited to get my beats fixed. I have the first version (I think) and it was difficult to find what I needed for this exact pair. Joes knew what I needed and was able to fix it. My headphones are white and red and Joes did not have a white band, they only had black. Fine. Not a big deal when these were snapped for about two years sitting in their case. I just wanted headphones. Also, Joes took the time to see if there was other wear and tear on my headphones that needed to be replaced. They found some wiring that was worn and some tear in my headphones that was replaced. I use the headphones a lot for work because they are wireless and I can roam about during meetings and calls. Shortly after getting them, the inside of the headphones (both right and left) began to tear exposing the inner foam right away. I would say it was within weeks. I tried to find replacements ear pads online, but didn't want to risk it because I couldn't find the exact match. Still not the end of the world. Headphones functioned perfectly and seemed sturdy for the next 100 days. This is when the warranty ends. Gauging by the emails from Joes, I have had my head phones back for 105 days. Today I went to put them on and they snapped in almost the same exact spot when I unfolded them and put them around my head. Devastated! I really like them while they lasted and I am not sure that anything Joes did was faulty or contributed to them breaking. However, with the warranty expired I will likely not be getting them. I spent a little of $100 last time and I imagine that it will be a similar amount with similar damage. If you love your beats and want them fixed. These guys know their stuff and get things back in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, they made working from home great and I am going to miss my beats :( **UPDATE 09/24/2020*** 5 Stars!!! Holy smokes, right after my review Joes got in contact with me. My warranty was, in fact, expired. However, they sent me a shipping label and offered to repair my beats for FREE!! They just came back today and are like brand new! They sound amazing and the ear pads look fresh. I am a little worried that they will snap again, but I know that I can send them to Joes and in less than a week they will be fixed. I really can't get over how professional they are and what a great job they did! Thank you, thank you. The last couple hours of work are going to be wire free!
