Joes was great with the final fixing of my blue pair of Beats wireless headphones. I am also asking them what is the status of the Black pair that I sent them also for fixing approx. 4 weeks ago. I have not heard anything back on the second pair that I sent them for similar repairs approx a month ago. I would appreciate a formal response to the second pair that I sent them for repairs also.
