The charging port to my Beats stopped working so I couldn't use them anymore, but they fixed it and they work like new again! They also offered to change out the earpads (with a fee of course, but it wasn't expensive or anything) because those were beginning to fray. I'm quite thankful for that offer, I didn't know they could do that, and it saves me from having to change them out myself :D Very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend!!
