sent in my Apple watch for battery replacement, the back cover opened up due to a swollen battery. Apple could not replace the battery since the watch is a legacy product. I found Joe's on line, signed up for repair and was sent a shipping label for shipment. After a few days I received an email indicating they've received the watch and I would be receiving an estimate shortly. I received the estimate, approved it, then I received another email asking for payment. Once I made payment, the repair was done and I received another email indicating the repair was complete and had been shipped along with tracking info.
Watch is working great, the new battery lasts just as long as the original. My experience with Joe's was nothing but great, excellent customer service and communications, their repair costs is reasonable and affordable.
