Within a few minutes, I had a probable diagnosis and repair solution for my Beats headphones, as well as an estimated cost to either repair it myself or have Joe's do the repair. I decided to send it in and used the mailing label they provided, and within a couple of weeks they had my headphones repaired and returned to me.
