The process was great until l had difficulty in scanning over proof of ID as it wouldn’t go, lost count of amount of times trying to do this. I had trouble trying to contact you regarding this issue and in the meantime l received several text requesting proof. I had to search internet for a email address as the email you messaged me on said it wasn’t safe to reply. Finally after sending email you responding and l sent over proof. And also I finally managed to sent it electronically after a few days of trying. Very frustrating that was.
